Reading the chart
East Penn manufactures Harley’s original equipment batteries, so a Deka ETX number is the closest thing to OEM you can buy without the bar and shield on the case. Why the same model can take different batteries

A battery with headroom is not working as hard on every start, and a battery that is not working hard lasts longer. What actually kills cranking power
Cold is the obvious one – a battery at freezing delivers a fraction of its rated output. But two other things matter more than riders expect. AGM vs Lithium vs Conventional
Three technologies, and the choice matters more on a motorcycle than it does on a car.
AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat)
The default and what your Harley almost certainly came with.
